Job sheets, on the phone
Paper job sheets get rained on, lost in the footwell and typed up on a Sunday. On the phone, the sheet is the job, and the invoice is built from it.
£2,495 to set up, then £249 a month. The website comes with it.

Tim’s Roofing demo, with example customers.
What's on the sheet
The customer, the address and the scope of the work, there when the lad opens the job. Notes from the last visit are on it too.
Before, during and after, taken in the app and filed on the job. No signal? They save on the phone and send when it comes back.
What went in and how long it took, logged as you go. That feeds the profit figure the office sees on the job.
The customer signs on the phone with their name. The visit's marked done, and the last one signed off drafts the invoice.
The app, through the working day
Your diary, customers and job records are there too. I configure the app around what you need to manage, with access set for each person.

Built inside working businesses
The lads open the job on the roof, see the scope, and the photos go straight on it. It's been running there every working day since it was built.

No. The job sheets aren't sold on their own. They're part of the full system, with the quotes, diary, invoices and your website behind them.
Mostly. Jobs you've opened stay on the phone, and photos, notes and site records queue up and send themselves later. Quotes and invoices need signal to save.
Yes. Someone recording site work gets the job sheet. They don't need the prices or the invoices, so they don't see them.
Two ways in, one system underneath
One price for the lot, however many of you there are. Or start with the website and switch the rest on later.
