Real builds, in use every day. Behind each website sits the same office system and the same app on site.

Built in-house, the lot: the website, the office system, and the app the lads use on the roof. Everything on this page came out of that job.

A one-man round on the same system as a firm ten times the size, paying for the parts of it he uses. That is what switching layers on is for.

In a client’s own words

“Your website has generated me over 30k in sales so far. Probably more. Being practically number one on Google in the area, my phone doesn’t stop. Without the website I wouldn’t be where I’m at now.”

Perry, Perry's Garden Maintenance. Still running on it today.

Behind the website

Most trades pay for three different systems that do not talk to each other.

A website from one company. Job software from another. A spreadsheet holding it together. The same job gets typed in three times, and the lads on site still ring the office to ask what it is.

That is the bit I fix. One system, one login.

the office
The office dashboard: money outstanding, overdue and paid this month, today's schedule and the latest leads
the office / enquiries
The enquiries screen: every lead in one list, each showing where it came from
Every enquiry in one place. With where each one came from, so you know what is working.
the office / quotes
A quote priced line by line, with the deposit worked out
Quotes priced line by line. Deposit worked out, sent, and accepted online.
  • Quote from your phone, customer accepts online
  • Invoice follows the job, so nothing gets forgotten
  • One diary the whole firm can see
  • Job sheets, photos and sign-off on site
  • Website enquiries land in it already typed

What it changes

Found in every town you work.

A page for every service in every town you cover, so you come up when somebody nearby goes looking.

Quoted before you leave site.

Priced on your phone, accepted online the same day, and the invoice follows the job.

Chased without you remembering.

Quotes and invoices chased on their own, and a Monday email telling you where you stand.

One system, one price

Everything switched on, for one figure

The price is on the page, not behind a phone call. It covers the website, the local pages that get you found, the office system and the app on site, hosted and looked after as one thing.

Guide price for a one man band or a small team. A bigger firm is a bigger job, and I will price that with you honestly rather than pretend one number fits everybody.

The full system

Nothing left out

£2,495

to build

£249

a month after that

Pay the year up front and you get twelve months for the price of ten, £2,490.

  • Website: the bit that brings the work in
  • Local SEO: a page for every service in every town you cover
  • Office and app: quotes, invoices, the diary, and the app for on site
  • Hosting, the domain, the certificate, backups and updates
  • Changes when the business changes, no charge per user

Tim Dennis

King’s Lynn, Norfolk. Builds it, hosts it, answers it.

Who you get

You deal with the person who built it

I am Tim. I am the one you talk to at the start, the one who builds the thing, and the one who answers when you want something changed. No account manager, no handovers, and you never explain your business twice.

The honest catch: I take one build at a time. You might wait for a slot, but while I am building yours, yours is the only one being built.

Before this I spent nine months inside a roofing firm as their developer, building exactly this system. That is where it came from, and it is why it fits a trade rather than a startup.

Get in touch

Tell me what you are running now

Send me a message rather than ringing. I would rather read what you need properly and come back to you with something useful than take half of it on a roof with the wind going. Leave your number and I will ring you. I answer every enquiry.

I will ring you rather than making you ring me.

I use what you send to answer your enquiry and nothing else. It is not passed on, sold or added to a mailing list. See the privacy notice.
