- Bulk data migration, custom features and third-party integrations are quoted separately.
Each month
- Hosting, domain renewal, security certificate, backups and technical maintenance are included.
- A monthly Search Console review and up to one hour of content work. I send you a short update on findings and changes.
- Use the content hour for edits or an agreed service or local page. Unused time does not roll over.
- The same website care, plus one hour a month for configuration help or refresher training. No charge per user.

Agree the scope before work starts
- The build slot starts once the deposit and agreed content have arrived.
- Choose one person to approve the work and send each round of feedback as one list.
- Extra pages, new layouts and work beyond the agreed scope need a separate quote before I start.
- Corrections to my work and faults in what I maintain do not use your content or configuration allowance.
- These scopes apply to new quotations. Existing clients keep their written agreements.
Search reviews use the data available in your Search Console property. You’ll need to give me access. Rankings and enquiry numbers aren’t guaranteed.

Before you decide
A few useful answers.
- Why is there a setup fee as well as a monthly payment?
- The setup fee pays for the agreed website pages, written copy, build and system configuration. With the full system, that includes the connected app, office tools and staff access. The monthly payment covers platform use and the listed care and allowances. Larger migrations and custom work are quoted separately.
- How does this compare with a monthly software subscription?
- Compare the whole job you need done. A subscription app may suit you if you already have a website and want to set up the software yourself. My offer includes building the website, setting up the connected tools and looking after the agreed ongoing work. If you only need a basic quoting app, the full system may be more than you need.
- Can I run it all through the app with staff?
- Yes. I configure the app for the people managing the business and set staff access around their roles. You can have several people using it without having an office.
- What if I only need the website?
- The website and local SEO option is £1,495 to build and £149 a month. It uses the same platform. Add the app and office later for £1,000 plus £100 a month, with no website rebuild.
- Does office access cost more?
- No. The full system includes app and office access. The price is the same whichever you use, and there’s no charge per user. Custom work and larger migrations are quoted separately.
- What does the monthly cover?
- Both options include hosting, domain renewal, backups, technical maintenance, a monthly search review and one hour of content work. The full system adds one configuration or training hour. Unused hours don’t roll over.
- Who owns the domain and data?
- Your domain, content, photos, customer records and job data are yours. You can ask for an export. The platform code stays mine and your monthly payment covers use of it for your business.
- Am I tied into a contract?
- There’s no minimum monthly term and no exit fee. Either of us can stop with one month’s notice in writing. Existing clients keep their written agreements.
