For gardeners and landscapers
Half the year is a round of regulars and the other half is quoting the big jobs. Both run from the same app, whether it's just you or you and two vans.
£2,495 to set up, then £249 a month. The website comes with it.

The round and the projects
A grass cut can repeat weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks or monthly. Book it once and the visits keep appearing in the diary.
Customers with an email address get a reminder the day before you're due, so the side gate's open when you turn up.
A patio or a new border gets an itemised quote from your phone, with a deposit if you want one. It's chased if they go quiet.
Invoices go from the same app. Anything unpaid gets a reminder on the due date, then every week until it's in.
The app, through the working day
Your diary, customers and job records are there too. I configure the app around what you need to manage, with access set for each person.

02 / Quotes
Write the scope, price the work and send it for the customer to accept online. Keep it with the job it belongs to.

See who's paid, who's part paid and who's late. Reminders go out on their own until it's cleared.

Built inside working businesses
Perry runs his business from his phone: enquiries, customers, quotes and invoices. His website feeds the enquiries straight in, and he doesn't have an office.
Read about Perry's Gardens“Your website has generated me over 30k in sales so far. Probably more. Being practically number one on Google in the area, my phone doesn’t stop. Without the website I wouldn’t be where I’m at now.”
Fair questions
No. It's set up for one person on a phone, with the enquiries, customers, quotes and money all on there. If you take someone on later, I give them a login.
They're on the system like anyone else, but reminders and chasers go by email, so they won't get those. You'll see who hasn't paid on the money screen.
Yes. The money screen shows what's out and what's overdue, and a summary of the week lands in your inbox on a Monday morning.
Two ways in, one system underneath
One price for the lot, however many of you there are. Or start with the website and switch the rest on later.
