For plumbing and heating firms
Lots of small jobs, most of them booked in a hurry. The enquiry, the quote, the parts you fitted and the invoice all sit on the one job, on your phone. Nobody's writing it up again at nine at night.
£2,495 to set up, then £249 a month. The website comes with it.

A call-out, start to finish
Someone fills in the form on your website at lunchtime. It's on your phone with their address and what's leaking. One tap and they're a customer with a job.
Build the quote line by line, parts and labour, and send it from the driveway. If they haven't answered after three days, it chases them. Then again at seven.
Parts and hours go on the job as you fit them. Take a photo of the pipework before the boxing goes back on. The customer signs on your phone when you're done.
Sign the last visit off and a draft invoice is waiting, built from the quote. Once it's sent, a reminder goes out on the due date and every week after.
The app, through the working day
Your diary, customers and job records are there too. I configure the app around what you need to manage, with access set for each person.

02 / Quotes
Write the scope, price the work and send it for the customer to accept online. Keep it with the job it belongs to.

03 / Invoices
See who's paid, who's part paid and who's late. Reminders go out on their own until it's cleared.

Built inside working businesses
No plumber runs on it yet. Below are a roofing firm and a plastering firm. A boiler swap moves through a quote, a visit and an invoice the same way a roof repair does.
The lads open the job on site, see the address and the scope, and put the photos straight against it. The office prices and invoices off the same record.

Yes. Log the parts and hours against a job and the office view works out the profit on it. Set your hourly rate once so the labour's counted too.
Jobs you've opened stay on the phone. Photos and notes save there and send themselves once you've got signal back. Quotes and invoices need a connection to save.
No. There's no charge per user. Your apprentice can see today's jobs without seeing what you charge, because access is set by what each person does.
Usually, yes. Send me what you've got, a spreadsheet or an export from whatever you use now, and I'll tell you what moving it involves before I quote.
