For roofing businesses
Keep enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs and invoices together. Run the business from your phone, share it with an office, or do both. Each member of staff gets the access their role needs.
£2,495 setup + £249 a month. Website and local SEO included.

From the first enquiry to the invoice
Website enquiries arrive in the connected system. Keep the customer's details and the work they're asking about together, ready to follow up from your phone.
Prepare an itemised quote and send it for the customer to accept online. Saving the quote needs an internet connection.
Use the shared diary and give staff the access they need. Keep job details, site photos and supported records available to the people doing the work.
Manage invoices and outstanding balances from the app or office. The customer, quote and job records stay in the same system.
The app, through the working day
Your diary, customers and job records are there too. I configure the app around what you need to manage, with access set for each person.

02 / Quotes
Write the scope, price the work and send it for the customer to accept online. Keep it with the job it belongs to.

03 / Invoices
Open your invoices and see where the money stands. Customer details and the work stay together.
Real screens from Tim’s Roofing, my demo business. Example customers and jobs. Quotes and invoices need a connection to save.
Built around actual working businesses
I spent nine months inside Prestige Roof as their developer. I built the website, office system and field app around the firm's daily work. That connected build is the basis of the system I set up for other businesses.
Read the Prestige Roof case studyFred manages enquiries, customers, quotes and invoices through the app, alongside the diary. His website and local pages feed into the same system. He can manage the business without sitting down in an office.
Read the EverCrest case studyThese are examples of how the system is used. The app screenshots show the Tim’s Roofing demo, not either client's private records.
Your business, your way of working
01
Manage enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs and invoices in the app. You can have staff without having an office.
02
Add the people who work with you. I set up roles and permissions around their jobs, including who can see or manage the money.
03
Work at a desk when you want more screen space. Office staff and app users share the same records, so changes stay together.
Same full system. Same price. No charge per user.
Set up for your business
I agree the website pages, business details and staff access with you. The launch scope includes written copy and up to ten pages, including up to five local pages. I configure the connected tools around the agreed setup. Existing data, unusual workflows and larger migrations need checking before I quote.
Service pages, job photos and local coverage explain your roofing work. If a website is all you need for now, you can start there and activate the app later.

Yes. With the right permissions, you can manage enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs and invoices from the app. Office access is included for work you prefer to do at a desk. You don't need to employ office staff to use the full system.
Yes. Staff access is set around their roles. Someone recording site work doesn't need the same access as someone pricing jobs or managing invoices. I agree those roles with you during setup.
Previously loaded job details and supported site records can be used when the signal drops. Supported photos, notes and records queue to sync when you're back online. Saving quotes and invoices needs an internet connection. It isn't a fully offline office system.
You're paying for a website and a system set up for your business. I agree the website pages, write the copy, build the site and configure the connected tools and staff access. The monthly fee covers the agreed hosting, maintenance, search review and content allowance. Larger migrations and custom work are quoted separately.
No. The full system has the same published price for an owner working alone or a business with staff. Staff permissions change what each person can use. They don't add a separate per-user charge.
Two ways in, one system underneath
The full system includes the app and office tools. The website option lets you start with your site and local SEO, then activate the rest later.
Both work for an owner on their own or a business with staff. I agree the setup before work starts. Larger migrations and custom work are quoted separately.
